About The Sherpa

With game-changing style and looks, the Sherpa has brought with it a new meaning to offroad camping. With as little as a click of a button you can enter the main heated sleeping cabin, then merely unclip the BRS offroad rooftop tent for the kids, pull out the awning, and you’re ready to settle in for the night.

Once you’ve got yourself sorted for the evening and dinner is cooking, you can now unclip the drop down shower pod and fire up the diesel water heater and get the kids cleaned up. Maybe even watch a DVD on your 23 inch smart LED TV in the main cabin after a long day of exploring. It sounds like it’s mum and dad’s turn to enjoy their time sitting around the fire with a nice glass of red.

The kitchen offers ample fridge space with two 30l Isotherm fridge/freezer drawers to keep the food nice and fresh and the drinks cold and crisp. With a simple fold-down bench you can quickly access your pots and pans to start cooking up your finest bush tucker. We’ve also included a slide-out drawer for all the foods that don’t have to be refrigerated. Once dinner is all said and done, and your MKR application has been completed; you can slide out the pop down sink. Time for the cooks assistant to finally shine in the kitchen and start the clean-up.

With class-leading ground clearance, arrival and departure angles, which coupled with the Cruisemaster suspension; this capable offroad home away from home, will take you anywhere you want to go. The Sherpa really is, in a class of its own.

It’s packed full of impressive features; like the stargazing window so as you’re drifting off to sleep, you can look out through uninterrupted views of the night sky. You’ll also find on board a 140l stainless water tank, 2 x 12-volt outlets, reading and cabin lights, cabin heating and even fans for those warmer nights in the desert. The list goes on, get in contact with us for a  full spec list and for more information.

Any serious tourer, once you consider the list of inclusions, the level of design detail, and the quality of the craftsmanship, will conclude; that the Sherpa equates to fantastic value for money. But hey, how do you put a price on family memories?

The Ultimate Lightweight Offroading Experience

Top Cone

Only weighing in at 55kg a composite panel much like the Pursuit only thinner and made up of honeycomb core rather than RTMX. Measuring 20mm in total thickness a super lightweight but extremely strong structure giving the Sherpa its distinctive shape. Coated in Raptor liner for stone protection and UV stability the Sherpa top cone is a modern type of construction rarely seen in the caravan and camper trailer industry and mostly seen in the aircraft industry.

Chassis

One of the most unique parts of the Sherpa is the chassis made up of a 150mm x 100mm x 4mm RHS centre beam that travels right through to the back recovery point. This type of construction gives the Sherpa extreme manoeuvrability depending on the tow vehicle the Sherpa can pull angles past 90 degrees without coming close to getting hung up on the back of the car. Paired with Cruisemaster suspension you have the choice of either air or coil even after the build has been constructed.

Charging System

The Sherpa is packed stock standard with a 125amp lithium battery by Enerdrive paired up with a 40 amp dc-dc charger and a 40 amp Ac charger. Sitting up top is a 200 watt monocrystal solar panel

Wheels & Tyres

Trusted tyres for both Campers are Toyo All-Terrain/BF Goodrich KO2’s Trusted Rims for the Sherpa and the Pursuit are CSA raptor matt black 17x8 which are built tough to handle anything.

Top Body

The Sherpa body much like its bigger brother is made up of 3mm 5083 marine grade plate alloy a double skin with air pocket for insulation forms the bottom half of the Sherpa. Taking a different approach to the pursuit it has a sub-chassis welded to the bottom of the base made up of 5mm 5083 marine grade CNC router cut spines running horizontally to the body forming a skeleton type structure that sleeves the unique Sherpa chassis

Suspension

The Sherpa come equipped with Cruisemaster suspension XT, which incorporates King Springs made from X5K steel, secondary rate bump stops and in house tuned dampers, the Cruisemaster™ XT arm is now in its 5th iteration, with many years of testing kilometres under its belt. This heritage has resulted in a market leading 2.8T and 4.45T ATM load ratings.

Offroad Coupling

The trustee DO35 coupler comes as standard for both the Pursuit Platinum and the Sherpa
